چکیده
Copper nano/microparticles were synthesized in octadecene at 290 °C by thermal decomposition method. acetate monohydrate, stearic acid, and 1-octadecanol used as copper precursor, capping mild reducing agents, respectively, the synthesis. Borosilicate glass substrates submerged into reaction solution during synthesis coated nano/ microparticles. Thermal coating techniques combined this study. thoroughly characterised via X-ray powder diffraction, photoelectron, Raman, attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopies, scanning transmission electron microscopies. The average minimum Feret?s diameter of these particles was measured ~87 ± 19 nm. converted to oxide microparticles applying heat treatment 250 °C. phase composition determined reference intensity ratio analysis. energy gap ~2.33 eV using Tauc?s Their band PL emission observed ~2.15 eV.

متن کاملSynthesis of Different Copper Oxide Nano-Structures From Direct Thermal Decomposition of Porous Copper(ΙΙ) Metal-Organic Framework Precursors
Copper oxide nanostructures have been successfully synthesized via one-step solid-state thermolysis of two metal-organic frameworks, [Cu3(btc)2] (1) and [Cu(tpa).(dmf)] (2), (btc = benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylate, tpa = therephtalic acid = 1,4-benzendicarboxylic acid and dmf = dimethyl formamide) under air atmosphere at 400, 500, and 600°C. It has also been found that the reaction temperature pla...
متن کاملSynthesis of CuO nanorods via thermal decomposition of copper-dipicolinic acid complex
Template-free CuO nanorods were synthesized through a three-step chemical method with no water-insoluble materials. The first step included the preparation of a Cu-complex, which was obtained from dipicolinic acid, L-lysine, and copper nitrate. Then, as the second step, the obtained solution was allowed to be relaxed for a week to and formation of some blue single-crystals single crystals, whic...
